About Us

AZICE is a private professional entity, which evaluates education completed outside the United States. AZICE evaluations are used by all levels of educational institutions, state boards, employers, immigration attorneys, and the U.S. Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services.

AZICE manages and updates its own collection of reference materials, conducts research in comparative education and uses its evaluators’ extensive international contacts with foreign schools and universities, education ministries, examining boards, consular and educational offices in embassies, information services in the U.S. embassies, Fulbright Commissions, Institute of International Education (IIE) offices around the world and many other organizations which assist students seeking admission to colleges and universities in the U.S.

AZICE reviews secondary level (high school) documents for U.S. comparability. In those cases where foreign high schools include college level experiences, AZICE may recommend limited transfer credit. AZICE verifies the recognition of university level institutions by respective ministries of education to assure the authenticity of documents submitted.

AZICE evaluates university level credentials to recommend U.S. university degree equivalence or for possible transfer credit. U.S. degree equivalence is based upon content, years of study and the manner in which a particular qualification is treated in the country of origin.
