Meet our senior evaluators:

• Mr. Brian Bates is a senior evaluator at AZICE. Recently the Vice President for Admissions and Student Affairs at the prestigious Thunderbird School of Global Management, Mr. Bates is a recognized expert in credential evaluations. He has held leadership positions in AACRAO (American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers) and NAFSA (Association of International Educators), of which Mr. Bates is a life member.
• Ms. Maxine McCarty is a senior evaluator at AZICE. Her more than forty years’ experience includes positions in international graduate and undergraduate admissions and administration at UCLA, USC and other universities. Ms McCarty has served in leadership positions in several international education organizations including NAFSA: Association of International Educators and AACRAO, American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers. She is the co-author of The Educational System of Spain and editor of and contributor to The New Country Index, published by Ten Speed Press.
